South Korea’s biggest stars will be gathering at the COEX in Gangnam, Seoul on May 7th at 5 PM for the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards.
Last year’s Best New Actor and Actress winners are ready to step into the spotlight again, this time as award presenters. Moon Sang Min, Roh Yoon Seo, and Kim Si Eun will be gracing the stage. For those missing Park Jinyoung, currently serving his military duty, his agency mate Jang Dong Yoon will be presenting the New Actor award in his place.
Familiar faces from the small screen will also be gracing the ceremony. Last year’s Best Supporting Actor and Actress winners Jo Woo Jin, Lim Ji Yeon, Byun Yo Han, and Park Se Wan will be passing on the honors this year. Notably, Lim Ji Yeon is also nominated for Best Actress in the TV category.
Adding star power are the Best Actor and Actress winners from the 59th Awards: Lee Sung Min, Song Hye Kyo, Ryu Jun Yeol, and Tang Wei. Get ready to see them shine as they present awards to this year’s contenders.
Grand Prize winners Park Eun Bin and Director Park Chan Wook will be handing out trophies to the night’s biggest winners. Park Eun Bin is currently filming a new drama titled Hyper Knife (literal translation) and Park Chan Wook has released his new HBO series The Sympathizer.
Laughter is guaranteed with last year’s Best Variety Performer winners, Kim Jong Kook and Lee Eun Ji, presenting awards. The comedic trio who made waves with their variety show The PSICK SHOW – Kim Min Soo, Jung Jae Hyung, and Lee Yong Joo – will also be adding their presence to the night.
Kim Sin Rok, who has presented the GUCCI IMPACT AWARD since its launch, will continue the tradition alongside last year’s winner, Kim Si Eun from Next Sohee.

The phenomenal success of The Roundup: Punishment won’t go unnoticed, with stars Kim Mu Yeol and Park Ji Hwan joining the festivities. The film’s impressive feat of reaching 6 million viewers in just 9 days is sure to be a talking point.
Jang Ki Yong and Chun Woo Hee, soon to be seen in The Atypical Family, will also bring their on-screen chemistry to the red carpet.
Junho, who will be playing a superhero in an upcoming Netflix drama titled Cashero, will also be presenting an award.
A special reunion is in store for fans as Shin Ha Kyun and Lee Min Jung reunite after 11 years. The co-stars of the 2013 SBS drama All About My Romance will be presenting awards together. Shin Ha Kyun is currently getting ready for his new tvN drama Thank You (literal title), while Lee Min Jung will be accompanying her husband, nominee for Best Actor in the Film category Lee Byung Hun.
The 60th Baeksang Arts Awards will be held on May 7th at 5 pm at the COEX in Seoul and will be broadcast live on JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4.
