The rom-com drama “My Sweet Mobster” is taking over the hearts of fans all over the globe!
According to global OTT (over-the-top) platform Rakuten Viki, “My Sweet Mobster” ranked No. 1 in viewership in 100 regions in the fourth week since the drama’s premiere. In particular, the drama has been maintaining No. 1 for four consecutive weeks in a total of 64 countries including the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and more, garnering favorable reviews from subscribers.
“My Sweet Mobster” is a romance drama with surprising twists and stars Um Tae Goo as Seo Ji Hwan, a man who has overcome his troubled past, and Han Sun Hwa as Go Eun Ha, a kids’ content creator.
Rakuten Viki is a global OTT platform that provides video streaming services for Asian dramas and films in more than 190 countries around the world. In addition to on-air K-dramas such as “My Sweet Mobster,” “Good Partner,” “The Auditors,” and “Beauty and Mr. Romantic,” more dramas including “Bad Memory Eraser,” “DNA Lover,” and “Cinderella at 2 AM” are scheduled to be launched in the second half of this year.
