The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for all idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various idol groups, using big data collected from April 16 to May 16.
IVE topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 7,776,870 after seeing a staggering 243.82 percent increase in their score since April.
High-ranking phrases in IVE’s keyword analysis included “HEYA,” “Accendio,” and “Korean vibe,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “lucky,” “Wonyoung-esque,” and “challenge.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 90.61 percent positive reactions.
ILLIT took second place with a brand reputation index of 5,999,192, marking an 18.91 percent rise in their score since last month.
SEVENTEEN ranked third for May with a brand reputation index of 5,654,248, marking a 51.14 percent increase in their score since April.
(G)I-DLE held onto their spot at fourth place with a brand reputation index of 4,422,772, marking a 49.01 percent rise in their score since last month.
Finally, LE SSERAFIM came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 4,382,785 after seeing an impressive 109.71 percent increase in their score since April.
