tvN’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama “Serendipity’s Embrace” has dropped a new romantic poster!
Based on a popular webtoon, “Serendipity’s Embrace” will tell the story of young people finding true love and their dreams after accidentally running into their first love from 10 years ago. Kim So Hyun stars as Lee Hong Joo, an animation producer who is afraid of love due to painful memories from her previous relationship—and who undergoes an unexpected change after running into Kang Hoo Young (Chae Jong Hyeop), who witnessed some of her lowest moments from her past.
The newly released poster captures the reunion of Lee Hong Joo and Kang Hoo Young. For an unknown reason, Lee Hong Joo and Kang Hoo Young are both lying on the beach sand on top of each other. While Lee Hong Joo does not know where to put her hands, Kang Hoo Young gazes deeply into her eyes.
The text that reads, “After thawing, it cannot be frozen again. Do you want to thaw this first love?” makes viewers wonder what kind of changes the memory of first love will bring to the two.
“Serendipity’s Embrace” is set to premiere on July 22 at 8:40 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki. Stay tuned!
