Ji Chang Wook is reportedly in talks for a role in Twelve (literal title), potentially joining forces with Ma Dong Seok, aka Don Lee, in this highly anticipated project.

On April 9th, OSEN revealed that Ji Chang Wook is positively considering the role in the new series Twelve. This project would mark Ji Chang Wook’s debut in the superhero genre.

Twelve tells the story of heroes with unique abilities fighting to protect the Korean Peninsula from malevolent forces. It was reported last year that Ma Dong Seok would take on the role of Taesan, the leader of these heroes. Ji Chang Wook has been approached to play one of the heroes working alongside Taesan.

The potential collaboration between box-office star Ma Dong Seok, who has made a name for himself in both Hollywood and Korea, and Ji Chang Wook, a beloved figure in Korean entertainment, has significantly heightened expectations for the series.

After wrapping up JTBC’s Welcome to Samdal-ri earlier this year, Ji Chang Wook has a packed schedule. He has confirmed his involvement in the Disney Plus original series Gangnam B-Side, the TVING series Queen Woo (literal title), the 35 billion KRW (approximately $29 million USD) blockbuster drama Sculpture City (literal title), the movie Revolver, and Kim Tae Ho’s new variety show My Name Is Gabriel. Ji Chang Wook’s diverse projects highlight his dynamic presence in the entertainment industry.
