Hyun Bin has put his luxury penthouse in Guri’s Achiu Village, initially purchased for 4.8 billion KRW (approximately $3.6 million USD) in 2020, on the market. The asking price now stands at 7 billion KRW (approximately $5.3 million USD), reflecting a significant increase over four years.
According to real estate industry reports on June 7th, Hyun Bin has listed his penthouse at Walkerhill Podo Ville in Achiu-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, with a real estate agency. If sold at the asking price, Hyun Bin would realize a profit of 2.2 billion KRW (approximately $1.7 million USD).
Real estate records indicate that Hyun Bin purchased the 330-square-meter penthouse on June 5th, 2020, for 4.8 billion KRW (approximately $3.6 million USD). Ownership was transferred the following year on January 6th, 2021, with the entire payment made in cash. The penthouse features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a rooftop garden, with a total area of 417 square meters.
After marrying Son Ye Jin in March 2022, Hyun Bin moved into the penthouse, where the couple started their newlywed life. They welcomed their son in November of the same year.
Achiu Village, where the villa is located, is known as an artist village, home to many celebrities, including JYP, Oh Yeon Seo, and Han So Hee.
