tvN’s upcoming drama “Parole Officer Lee Han Shin” (literal title) has confirmed its broadcast plans!
Directed by Yoon Sang Ho and written by Park Chi Hyung, “Parole Officer Lee Han Shin” follows lawyer Lee Han Shin (Go Soo) as he becomes a parole officer. In this role, he serves as the final judge of inmates, dealing with those who have dubious moral character. The cast includes Go Soo, Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, Baek Ji Won, and Lee Hak Joo.
Go Soo will portray Lee Han Shin, a tough parole officer who fights against inmates trying to exploit the system with money and influence. As he confronts those who abuse parole and seeks justice in his own way, Lee Han Shin is set to deliver a satisfying experience for viewers.
Yuri will star as Ahn Seo Yun, a top detective in the Violent Crime Investigation Unit. Dedicated to catching criminals and improving society, Ahn Seo Yun is praised for her sharp observational skills and strong sense of responsibility.
Baek Ji Won will play Choi Hwa Ran who is working with Lee Han Shin. Known in the loan sharking world for her skills in recovering stolen money, Choi Hwa Ran changes her focus to helping people after meeting Lee Han Shin. Baek Ji Won’s ability to transform for each role has viewers eagerly anticipating her performance as a loan shark fighting for justice.
Lee Hak Joo will star as Ji Myung Seob, an arrogant second-generation billionaire with no regard for others. Renowned for his range of roles, Lee Hak Joo is set to bring a new depth of villainy to this character. His strong presence is expected to add excitement and tension to the drama.
“Parole Officer Lee Han Shin” is set to premiere in October.
