“Romance in the House” is a Netflix original romantic K-drama, which will be broadcast internationally and directed by Kim Da Ye (Salon De Nabi). The first episode of “Romance in the House” will be available on Netflix on August 10, 2024. The series will have twelve episodes, with new episodes airing every Saturday and Sunday for six weeks. What is the plot of “Romance in the House”?
Byun Moo Jin, an ambitious businessman, let his professional failures affect his family, to the point that they excluded him and his wife, Geum Ae Yeon, filed for divorce. Years later, their children, Mi Rae and Hyun Jae, have become adults. Having seen their mother raised alone, they were deeply affected: Mi Rae is determined to become someone her mother can rely on, while Hyun Jae has become the family daredevil. Their lives are turned upside down again when Moo Jin returns and reveals that he now owns the building where they live and wants to reconcile with his ex-wife. However, Mi Rae is strongly against this idea. Meanwhile, Hyun Jae couldn’t be happier about this attempt to reunite the family.

1- Ji Jin Hee
Ji Jin Hee plays the role of Byun Moo Jin. The actor was recently seen on Netflix in the second season of crime thriller ‘DP’. He has also starred in other Netflix series like “Move to Heaven” and “Designated Survivor: 60 Days”.
2- Kim Jee Soo

Son Na Eun plays Byun Mi Rae. The only series available on Netflix where the actress and former member of the group Apink appears is “Ghost Doctor”, where she plays the lead role of Oh Soo Jung. Outside of Netflix, she is also recognized for her roles in popular K-dramas like “Cinderella and the Four Knights,” “Twenty Again,” “Agency,” and “Glorious Day.”
4- Choi Min Ho
Choi Min Ho plays the character of Nam Tae Pyung. The actor was recently seen on Netflix in the 2022 K-drama “The Fabulous”, where he played Ji Woo Min. He is also known for his roles in K-dramas such as “Lovestruck in the City”, “Somehow 19”, “Hwarang” and “Because It’s the First Time”.
