ASTRO’s Sanha, OH MY GIRL’s Arin, and former LOONA member Chuu might work together in a new drama!
On July 3, JTBC reported that Sanha, Arin, and Chuu will star in “My Girlfriend Is a Tough Guy” (literal title).
In response to the report, Arin’s agency WM Entertainment and Chuu’s agency ATRP Entertainment shared that they are positively reviewing their offers to star in “My Girlfriend Is a Tough Guy.”
Additionally, Sanha’s agency Fantagio stated, “Yoon Sanha has received an offer to star in the drama and is considering it favorably.”
Based on the webtoon of the same name, “My Girlfriend Is a Tough Guy” is a romantic comedy that follows Yoon Jae, whose girlfriend unexpectedly transforms into a man. The drama will be directed by Yoo Kwan Mo and written by Lee Hae Na.
Sanha made his debut in the 2015 web drama “To Be Continued,” and Arin established a solid filmography with roles in “Alchemy of Souls” and “Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow.” Meanwhile, Chuu, who first ventured into acting with the 2019 drama “Dating Class,” is making a comeback to acting.
