The 2024 Asian Academy Creative Awards (AACA) has announced the Grand Final Winners!

On December 4 (local time), the winners of the 2024 Asian Academy Creative Awards, which took place in Singapore, were announced.

“A Bloody Lucky Day” took home the award for Best Original Production by a Streamer (Fiction).

This gripping thriller, based on the webtoon of the same name, follows taxi driver Oh Taek (Lee Sung Min), whose day takes a terrifying turn after picking up a high-paying passenger only to discover he’s a serial killer.

Yeom Hye Ran’s unforgettable performance in “Mask Girl” earned her the award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role.

Adapted from a popular webtoon, “Mask Girl” tells the story of Kim Mo Mi, an ordinary office worker who is insecure about her looks. Every night, Kim Mo Mi leads a double life as a masked internet broadcast jockey (BJ). “Mask Girl” depicts the turbulent story that unfolds when Kim Mo Mi unintentionally gets swept up in a major incident.

Lastly, directors Jang Young Woo and Kim Hee Won of “Queen of Tears” snagged the award for Best Direction (Fiction).

“Queen of Tears” tells the miraculous, thrilling, and humorous love story of Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun) and Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won), a married couple who manage to survive a crisis and stay together against all odds.
