‘Working Man’ Solid Prepares for a Tearful Goodbye to Lee Kwang Soo in Subsequent Week’s Episode

The “Running Man” team’s journey continues as they begin their new challenge in Episode 558.

For one last time, they prepare to say their final messages to Lee Kwang Soo as he departs from the long-running show.

“Running Man” Team Celebrates Yoo Jae Suk’s 30th Debut Anniversary

In the recent SBS “Running Man” broadcast on June 6, members Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo, Song Ji Hyo, Haha, Ji Suk Jin, Jeon So Min, Kim Jong Kook, and Yang Se Chan had an entertaining introduction which gave a brighter atmosphere in the show.

They were all wearing hanbok for their whole day activity. But before they began, the members teased Ji Suk Jin about the video of him crying while giving his message to Yoo Jae Suk as he celebrates his 30 years in the industry.

The “Running Man” team sent a coffee truck to Yoo Jae Suk during the said episode in celebration of his anniversary. And they used Ji Suk Jin’s face in the cup sleeve as stickers which triggered the other members to tease him even more.

“Three Meals for Yoo Jae Suk Race” was the theme of their activity and occurred in the Joseon Dynasty in which there were rules to follow. The production further explained that the race ends as soon as the captain eats three meals. The member who is drawn with the penalty bar will be punished.

As the cast started to look for hints, everyone looked chaotic but challenged to cook a meal for Yoo Jae Suk. And as the culture of their show, everyone tried to sabotage each other’s plan. They even talked about Lee Kwang Soo’s departure to be able to divert his focus on the game.

When the activity ended, they already chose who would be getting the penalty. Kim Jong Kook was the one to pick, and unfortunately, Lee Kwang Soo got all the votes. His punishment was to wash the dishes inside the Lord’s palace.

Along with him was Kim Jong Kook and while they were in the middle of cleaning, Ji Suk Jin entered the kitchen and told Kwang Soo that it might be his last penalty for the show. Lee Kwang Soo on the other hand only laughed at what his co-member had said.

A Tearful Goodbye to Lee Kwang Soo

For next week’s episode, the cast will all be gathered in one place where they will be giving all their handwritten letters for Lee Kwang Soo.

In the teaser shown, everyone gets emotional while saying their goodbye to one of their members.

Lee Kwang Soo was also seen teary eyed while reading the letters of his members. Even the viewers of the show were not yet ready to see Lee Kwang Soo’s last appearance for next week’s broadcast.
