Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won will go back to where it all began on the next episode of “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon”!
Helmed by director Ahn Pan Seok of the hit drama “Something in the Rain,” tvN’s “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon” is a love story set against the backdrop of Daechi, a neighborhood known as the epicenter of private education in Korea due to its high concentration of hagwons (private educational institutions).

On the previous episode of “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon,” Seo Hye Jin (Jung Ryeo Won) and Lee Joon Ho (Wi Ha Joon) turned Daechi upside down with their “teacher-student scandal,” which put both of their careers at risk.
In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming penultimate episode, the couple gets soaked due to unforeseen rain. After running back to the hagwon, they find themselves in a meaningful place: the classroom where they shared their first kiss.
Lee Joon Ho then catches Seo Hye Jin off guard with an unexpected confession that leaves her staring at him in surprise. Meanwhile, he returns her gaze with a soft but resolute smile, piquing curiosity as to what he might have told her.
In another set of photos, the former teacher and pupil stand together in front of the hagwon’s wall of fame in a moment reminiscent of their initial reunion that made Lee Joon Ho decide to return to Daechi.
As the two of them look at one another, there is no fear or confusion in their eyes, raising anticipation for whether they have finally figured out how to deal with the crisis at hand.
The drama’s production team teased, “Will Seo Hye Jin and Lee Joon Ho find a way out of their crisis? And what sort of solution will they find to protect both their careers and their love? Please stay tuned until the very end to find out.”
The next episode of “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon” will air on June 29 at 9:20 p.m. KST.
