Disney+ has released an action-packed character trailer for its upcoming drama “Seoul Busters”!
“Seoul Busters” is a new comedy series following the transformation of the country’s lowest-ranking violent crimes unit into the nation’s top team after they are paired with an elite new leader.
The teaser begins with squad leader Dongbang Yoo Bin (Kim Dong Wook) assessing his new team. “Just from looking at them, they don’t seem strong,” he says, “but there’s something charming about them.” Dongbang Yoo Bin, who boasts impressive credentials and turned down prestigious job offers, then introduces himself to his new squad. The intense, slightly crazy detective is fantastic at his job—but he has a tendency to talk his team’s ears off by over-explaining everything.
The next detective to be introduced is Moo Joong Ryeok (Park Ji Hwan), who dashingly catches Dongbang Yoo Bin with a roguish wink when he nearly falls. A former national boxing team member, Moo Joong Ryeok knows how to use his fists—and he’s also described as a Casanova who knows how to charm the ladies.
Jung Jung Hwan (Seo Hyun Woo), a former national shooting team member, doesn’t waste any time in attempting to butter up their new unit leader, while the hot-headed Seo Min Seo (Park Se Wan) has a hard time controlling her temper.
Finally, the bumbling youngest team member Jang Tan Sik (Lee Seung Woo) has a tendency to be a bit oblivious, but he manages to redeem himself with his unusually keen sense of smell.
“Seoul Busters” will premiere on September 11. In the meantime, check out the new trailer below!
