RIIZE’s upcoming variety show “BOSS RIIZE” has released a fun new character teaser!
“BOSS RIIZE,” which marks RIIZE’s first-ever reality show, will follow the RIIZE members as they take a two-day trip to Gangneung and Yangyang in Gangwon Province.The idols will participate in a variety of missions in order to win voting ballots, which they will then use to vote for and elect an all-powerful “boss” who can order the other members around.
The newly released teaser spotlights each of the RIIZE members in turn, offering a glimpse of what sort of role they will play throughout the show. The video starts with eldest member Shotaro, who approaches the program with boundless enthusiasm but occasionally finds himself struggling during games.
Next up is Eunseok, who reveals that he plans to strategize and form alliances in order to become the final boss. Meanwhile, Sungchan showcases his duality: by day, he impresses with his displays of physical strength, but he gets adorably scared when facing a horror mission alone at night.
Wonbin starts out “innocent” and happily enjoying the trip, but after being betrayed by his bandmates, the look in his eye changes as he declares, “Okay, I get it now. I know now what I’m supposed to do.” Sohee is described in the captions as struggling to figure out what to do on his first variety show, but he never stops laughing amidst the chaos.
Finally, youngest member Anton is seen working industriously and diligently doing chores before asking, “If I work hard, wouldn’t I be able to become boss Anton?”
“BOSS RIIZE” premieres on August 28 and will be available to watch on Viki. In the meantime, check out the full character teaser below!
