Upcoming comedy crime series “Seoul Busters” has unveiled its poster and teaser!
“Seoul Busters” is a new comedy crime drama that follows the transformation of the country’s lowest-ranking violent crimes unit into the nation’s top team after they are paired with a highly skilled team leader. The drama is penned by screenwriters Lee Young Chul, known for the “High Kick” series and “The Best Hit,” and Lee Kwang Jae of “Potato Star 2013QR3.”
The poster highlights the show’s fun and comedic vibe, featuring the unique charms of Dongbang Yoo Bin (Kim Dong Wook), Moo Joong Ryeok (Park Ji Hwan), Jung Jung Hwan (Seo Hyun Woo), Seo Min Seo (Park Se Wan), and Jang Tan Sik (Lee Seung Woo). In the poster, Dongbang Yoo Bin leads the group as they strike a serious pose, forming a united Earth Defense Force that’s sure to make viewers laugh.
The trailer opens with a humorous twist: the crime squad is using an old daycare center as their makeshift headquarters instead of a police station. When Jang Tan Sik examines the dilapidated sign and mistakenly reads “Damned Daycare Center” instead of the intended “Good Hope Daycare Center,” Moo Joong Ryeok, Jung Jung Hwan, and Seo Min Seo are left in stunned disbelief.
Following this, the ultra-elite new team leader Dongbang Yoo Bin joins the quirky crime squad. The team includes Moo Joong Ryeok, an instinctive detective who tackles cases head-on; Jung Jung Hwan, a methodical detective with a focused approach; Seo Min Seo, a hot-headed detective known for her blunt remarks; and Jang Tan Sik, the cheerful youngest member whose innocence is both charming and frustrating. With Dongbang Yoo Bin on board, the squad starts to become a top-tier team.
The line, “They don’t look strong at first glance, but they have their own charm,” captures the buzz for the upcoming comedy series featuring the nation’s lowest-ranked crime squad and their new leader Dongbang Yoo Bin. Even though the team doesn’t seem very impressive, their unique appeal is creating a lot of excitement for the show.
