JTBC’s “Family by Choice” has unveiled a new documentary-style teaser!
“Family by Choice” is a romance story that unfolds as three people, who are not related by blood but spent their teens together while insisting that they are family, reunite after 10 years. Hwang In Youp will play the handsome Kim San Ha who doesn’t appear to be lacking in anything. After growing up with Yoon Ju Won (Jung Chaeyeon) and Kang Hae Jun (Bae Hyeon Seong) like siblings, Kim San Ha leaves them only to return to them after 10 years.
The teaser begins with a look at a family who are not related by blood but still identify as family. The family consists of two fathers, Yoon Jung Jae (Choi Won Young) and Kim Dae Wook (Choi Moo Sung), and three children, Kim San Ha, Yoon Ju Won, and Kang Hae Jun.
Although the people around them are often skeptical of whether they are actually family or not, the five prove to be a loving family, from nagging at each other and expressing concern to sharing hearty meals together at the family dinner table.
Yoon Joo Won remarks, “There are no families without their own circumstances. They’re all special in their own way,” raising anticipation for their family chemistry.
