It’s official — TXT’s Yeonjun will be returning to his position as “Inkigayo” MC and will be joined by new MCs Park Ji Hu and BOYNEXTDOOR’s Woonhak!
Following news of current “Inkigayo” MCs MONSTA X’s Hyungwon and Kim Ji Eun‘s departure from the show, SBS announced on July 14, “TXT’s Yeonjun, Park Ji Hu, and BOYNEXTDOOR’s Woonhak will join ‘Inkigayo’ as the new MCs just in time for summer. The three people with similar positive energy will present a new and vibrant ‘Inkigayo’ soon.”
TXT’s Yeonjun is returning to the show after approximately three months following the conclusion of TXT’s world tour. Prior to his absence, Yeonjun was already the program’s MC for a year, starting from his first episode in April 2022.
TXT’s Yeonjun, Park Ji Hu, and BOYNEXTDOOR’s Woonhak’s first episode as three MCs will air on July 23 at 3:40 p.m. KST.
