tvN’s “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” has shared stills from its upcoming episode!
The sequel to OCN’s hit 2018 series “The Player,” “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” is a heist drama about a squad of talented swindlers who target the wealthy and corrupt by stealing dirty money that has been obtained through illegal means.
Song Seung Heon reprises his role as the slick con artist Kang Ha Ri, the mastermind behind the squad’s elaborate schemes. Lee Si Eon returns as the skilled hacker Lim Byung Min, and Tae Won Suk is back as the fighter Do Jin Woong. Joining the cast are Oh Yeon Seo as Jung Soo Min, a mysterious figure who lures Kang Ha Ri back into the game, and Jang Gyuri as the squad’s new driver Cha Je Yi.

Previously, Kang Ha Ri masterfully took down real estate scammer Myung Ji Ho (Lee Soo Hyuk) by posing as a housing lease fraudster and orchestrating an elaborate scheme. He cleverly enlisted the victims’ families and friends to assist, ultimately deceiving Myung Ji Ho and bringing him to justice.
Now, Kang Ha Ri’s next target is a pseudo-religious cult exploiting its followers for money, organ trafficking, and sexual exploitation, all under the protection of powerful political and legal connections. Determined to show the cult leader Im Sang Sik what true hell is, Kang Ha Ri’s ambitious plan unfolds in today’s episode as the team infiltrates the cult.
The newly released stills show Kang Ha Ri in a white robe, fully assimilated into the cult. Introducing himself as Kim Han Joon, a theology graduate, he quickly gains the cult’s trust with his devout demeanor and convincing gestures.
