Seo In Guk, Ma Dong Seok, and Ji Chang Wook may be teaming up for an exciting new Korean superhero drama!
On September 5, Seo In Guk’s agency shared that he has received an offer to star in “Twelve” (literal title) and is currently reviewing it.
“Twelve” is a new Korean superhero series featuring 12 heroes, each representing one of the zodiac animals, as they fight to protect the Korean Peninsula from evil spirits.
Seo In Guk is reportedly in talks to play the hero symbolized by the monkey.
In August of last year, Ma Dong Seok’s agency stated that the actor is positively reviewing his offer to star in the drama. Additionally, Ji Chang Wook was reported in April to have been offered a role and is also currently reviewing it with a favorable outlook.
Reportedly, Ma Dong Seok has been offered the role of the hero leader Tae San, while Ji Chang Wook is also considering a role as one of the heroes.
If confirmed, this would mark Seo In Guk and Ma Dong Seok’s reunion after eight years following their 2016 drama “Squad 38.”
“Twelve” is scheduled to be released next year.
