Netflix’s “The Trunk” has unveiled new behind-the-scenes stills of its leads!
Based on the novel of the same name, “The Trunk” is about a secretive marriage service that is revealed because of a mysterious trunk. The story revolves around Noh In Ji (Seo Hyun Jin), a NM (New Marriage) employee who finds herself deeply alone despite her job of living with a “contract husband” every year, and Han Jeong Won (Gong Yoo), who ironically enters into a contract marriage in an attempt to preserve his previous marriage.
The newly released stills showcase several affectionate moments between Gong Yoo and Seo Hyun Jin as they fully immerse themselves in their characters. As the drama explores the characters’ multifaceted inner lives, the images capture the two kissing, tightly embracing, and gazing at each other with wistful eyes.
Other images highlight the actors studying the script on set, demonstrating their dedication to delivering seamless performances. In one image, they are seen having a deep discussion just to make a scene as perfect as possible.
In one shot, Seo Hyun Jin is shown filming a tango scene, while in another, Gong Yoo humorously watches while making a telescope gesture with his hands, hinting at the playful off-screen chemistry between the two stars.
All episodes of “The Trunk” are currently available to watch on Netflix.
