A star-studded new drama may soon be coming your way!

On November 5, Sports World reported that Seo Hyun Jin and TWICE’s Dahyun will be starring in the new drama “Love Me” (literal title). Sports Chosun further reported that Jang Ryul will also be starring in the drama as a leading role.

In response to the reports, Seo Hyun Jin’s agency Management SOOP shared, “Seo Hyun Jin is positively reviewing [the offer] to star in the new drama ‘Love Me.’” A source from Jang Ryul’s agency Management mmm similarly stated, “Jang Ryul is positively reviewing ‘Love Me.’”

“Love Me” is a remake of a Swedish drama that depicts the growth of a woman who has wealth, fame, and good looks but nothing besides that.

Seo Hyun Jin is in talks to play the role of Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor Seo Joon Kyung. Although she appears flawless, she is actually a deeply lonely figure. However, she gradually matures as she builds new relations and feels new emotions.

Jang Ryul is in talks to play Seo Joon Kyung’s boyfriend and music director Joo Do Hyun, raising anticipation for his chemistry with Seo Hyun Jin.

Furthermore, Dahyun will reportedly be making her small screen debut through “Love Me.” She is reportedly playing dance crew leader Yoon Sol, a popular figure who is always surrounded by people and is clear and decisive when it comes to love and work.

Currently, Seo Hyun Jin is gearing up for the release of her new drama “The Trunk,” while Jang Ryul is preparing for the release of his new TVING drama “The Love Story of Chunhwa” (working title).
