Ryu Jun Yeol and Hyeri’s agencies have stepped forward to clarify reports suggesting the former couple would be reuniting under the same management company.

Both Ryu Jun Yeol’s C-JeS Studio (C-JeS) and Hyeri’s Creative Group ING (Creative) have issued statements correcting the narrative that the actors would be reuniting under one agency. While it’s true that an acquisition has taken place, Creative has always been a subsidiary of C-JeS. Moreover, Hyeri’s management continues to operate independently in a one-person agency format.

A C-JeS official clarified, “Creative was established as an advertising agency five years ago and has been part of the C-JeS family from the start. The recent merger as part of C-JeS’s preparations to go public was purely administrative.” They added, “Hyeri’s management agreement with Creative was always meant to maintain her independence.”

Previously, it was reported that C-JeS acquired 100% of Creative’s shares for 1.3 billion KRW (approx. 1.1 million USD). Although Baek Chang Ju, the major shareholder of both companies, has managed them separately, C-JeS’s staff have been known to assist with Hyeri’s activities. C-JeS boasts a roster of talent, including actors Sol Kyung Gu, Park Sung Woong, and Ryu Jun Yeol, with Hyeri being the sole artist under Creative.

Ryu Jun Yeol and Hyeri, once celebrated as a long-standing couple in the entertainment industry, officially parted ways last November. Their breakup seemed amicable until rumors of Ryu Jun Yeol’s new romance with Han So Hee surfaced, sparking controversy. A cryptic “Interesting” comment by Hyeri on Instagram fueled further speculation about a “transfer relationship,” causing ripples.

Despite Hyeri’s public apology seemingly putting an end to the speculation, the silence from Ryu Jun Yeol and emotional responses from Han So Hee have kept the conversation alive. Eventually, Ryu Jun Yeol and Han So Hee confirmed their breakup just two weeks after acknowledging their relationship.
