Park Seo Joon is preparing to make his return to the small screen with a new romantic K-drama.
According to TV Daily, Park Seo Joon will star in a new series titled “Waiting for Gyungdo” (provisional translation). The series is helmed by “King the Land” director Im Hyun Wook, who also directed “Life” and “Reflection of You.” The screenplay is written by Yoo Young Ah, known for her works such as “Thirty-Nine”, “Divorce Attorney Shin” and “Encounter”.
Known to fame thanks to romantic comedies such as “She Was Pretty”, “Fight for My Way” and “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim”, Park Seo Joon will play the lead role in “Waiting for Gyungdo”.
“Waiting for Gyungdo” is currently in negotiations to air on JTBC.
Additionally, Park Seo Joon is currently appearing in tvN’s variety show “Jinny’s Kitchen 2” and will also be starring in the second season of Netflix original series “Gyeongsung Creature” in the second half of the year .
