Honey Lee and her non-showbiz boyfriend have decided to get married.
According to the actress’ agency, Saram Entertainment, they have confirmed that the “One the Woman” star is set to tie a knot today, December 21.
“Actress Lee Ha Nee, who met a precious relationship, made a promise to become lifelong companions based on their trust and affection for each other,” the label mentioned in a statement.
Moreover, Honey Lee’s agency also gives fans an update regarding her wedding.
In an official statement, Saram Entertainment shared that the couple has decided to have an intimate wedding in Seoul, attended only by family members.
As for the actress’ now-husband politely advised the public to refrain from expressing “excessive speculation about his personal information.”
Meanwhile, the former beauty queen turned actress asked her fans for support and promised to return with more mature and exceptional acting skills in the future.
To recall, multiple outlets revealed that the 38-year-old actress flew to the United States with her boyfriend right after wrapping up the SBS Kdrama.
However, Saram Entertainment did not confirm nor deny the issue and pointed out that they can’t speak on her behalf since it’s a personal matter.
“Because this falls under the domain of the actress’s personal life, we cannot explain [what took place]. We ask for your understanding,” said in a statement.

In a brief statement, the label announced that she is in “a serious relationship with someone who she was introduced to by an acquaintance early this year.”
Moreover, Honey lee’s agency reiterated the person’s privacy given that he is not in the same industry.
