An individual claiming to be the victim of workplace harassment at HYBE’s ADOR label has spoken out, accusing ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin of attempting to cover up the incident and using her in a false narrative.

On August 9th, a social media user, identifying herself as B, posted a detailed account of her experience. B revealed, “I’m the employee referred to as B in Min Hee Jin’s statement from July 31st, where she mentioned the ‘B staff member’ she allegedly insulted with terms like ‘b*tch,’ lunatic,’ and other curse words.”

B further explained, “Min Hee Jin only defended the perpetrator, Executive A, and verbally abused the employees working under her. She then publicly shared the edited messages without consent, falsely claiming she remained neutral and that the insults weren’t directed at me. I can’t stand her lies anymore.”

B also detailed the timeline, stating, “I officially resigned on March 2nd, and on March 6th, I reported Executive A for workplace harassment and inappropriate comments, providing sufficient evidence. On March 16th, HYBE concluded that while A’s actions were inappropriate, they didn’t reach the level of sexual harassment or workplace bullying. However, they recommended Min issue a stern warning to A.”

However, B claimed, “Min Hee Jin refused to issue the warning and continuously defended A, while subjecting me to various humiliations.”

Expressing her distress, B wrote, “I was deeply shocked and hurt by Min Hee Jin’s false explanations. She is lying to the public. Despite her executive’s wrongdoings, she exploited it rather than apologizing to me.”

B concluded, “Min Hee Jin tried to frame me as someone retaliating out of incompetence, gathering evidence to discredit me while encouraging A to file a defamation lawsuit against me. I’m still waiting for a sincere apology from both Min Hee Jin and A, and I will take further steps to ensure the truth comes to light.”

Previously, a media outlet reported that Min Hee Jin allegedly attempted to cover up the harassment case, siding with the accused, A, while criticizing the victim, B. In response, Min Hee Jin released KakaoTalk messages with the involved parties, denying the allegations. She also filed a lawsuit on July 24th against HYBE executives for obstruction of business and defamation.
