KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “Dog Knows Everything” has shared new posters of Lee Soon Jae and his canine co-star!
Directed by Kim Yoo Jin and penned by Byun Sook Kyung, “Dog Knows Everything” is a new sitcom about a group of very active senior citizens and a former police dog named Sophie. The drama stars Lee Soon Jae, Kim Yong Gun, Ye Soo Jung, Im Chae Moo, Song Ok Sook, Park Sung Woong, Yeonwoo, Kim Ji Young, Lee Soo Kyung, Nam Yoon Su, and B1A4’s Gongchan.
Veteran actor Lee Soon Jae will star as himself, a beloved Korean actor known for his nuanced performances. After a scandal on set tarnishes his reputation, he flees to Geoje Island, where he encounters a neighbourhood dog named Sophie. Surprisingly, he starts to understand Sophie’s barks as human speech. Together with Sophie, he begins to uncover mysterious incidents in the neighborhood, starting a new chapter in his life.
In the first newly released poster, Lee Soon Jae gives off the aura of a detective as he holds a finger to his lips in a shushing gesture.
In the next poster, retired police dog Sophie is captured looking happy with her mouth open. How will Lee Soon Jae begin to understand Sophie’s inner thoughts, and what will be her reaction to meeting a human who can communicate with her?
“Dog Knows Everything” will premiere on September 25 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
