tvN’s upcoming drama “Love Your Enemy” has unveiled the first stills of Kim Ye Won’s character!
“Love Your Enemy” will tell the story of “arch-nemeses” Seok Ji Won (Ju Ji Hoon) and Yoon Ji Won (Jung Yu Mi), who were born on the same day with the same name and whose families have been enemies for generations.
Ju Ji Hoon stars as Seok Ji Won, the chairman of Dokmok High School and the longtime rival of Yoon Ji Won. Jung Yu Mi plays Yoon Ji Won, a physical education teacher at Dokmok High who reunites with Seok Ji Won after 18 years.
Kim Ye Won takes on the role of Cha Ji Hye, a math teacher at Dokmok High and an 18-year friend of both Seok Ji Won and Yoon Ji Won. Cha Ji Hye has secretly admired Seok Ji Won since childhood, and his return to Dokmok High reignites her longtime crush.
In her first stills as Cha Ji Hye, Kim Ye Won captures attention as the elegant beauty of Dokmok High School. In the images, she exudes sophistication with her striking looks and a haughty expression that makes her seem unapproachable. Although Cha Ji Hye and Yoon Ji Won have been close friends since high school and now work together, Cha Ji Hye often makes pointed comments that highlight Yoon Ji Won’s insecurities, all while pretending to be concerned.
The only time Cha Ji Hye shows her unexpected charm is in front of her longtime crush, Seok Ji Won. In another still, she is seen walking through the school grounds with him, enjoying a lively conversation. While she typically maintains her aloof, elegant persona, she can’t help but smile brightly when he is around. This raises questions about whether she will finally have the chance to end her long unrequited love. Viewers will be eager to see the exciting chemistry that develops between Cha Ji Hye and her 18-year friends Seok Ji Won and Yoon Ji Won.

“Love Your Enemy” will premiere on November 23 at 9:20 p.m. KST and will be available with subtitles on Viki.
