Kim Ye Won is set to star in the upcoming drama “Love on a Single Log Bridge” (literal title)!
“Love on a Single Log Bridge” tells the story of Seok Ji Won (Joo Ji Hoon) and Yoon Ji Won (Jung Yu Mi), who were born on the same day with the same name and whose families have been enemies for generations, as they reunite after 18 years. Writer Im Ye Jin of “Love in the Moonlight” and “The Tale of Nokdu” as well as producing director Park Joon Hwa who helmed “Because This Is My First Life,” “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim,” and “Alchemy of Souls” will be working together.
Previously, Joo Ji Hoon and Jung Yu Mi were confirmed as the lead actors, and additional details about the drama have now been released.
Kim Ye Won will take on the role of Cha Ji Hye, a math teacher and childhood friend of both Seok Ji Won and Yoon Ji Won. She has witnessed their constant bickering throughout the years and harbors a secret of her own, which she cannot even share with her closest friends.
Renowned for her versatile acting skills, Kim Ye Won has left a mark on the industry with her performances in films such as “Sunny” and “Unlocked” as well as dramas including “Don’t Dare to Dream,” “Cheat on Me, If You Can.” Her impressive filmography has solidified her reputation as a talented actress with a diverse range of roles.
