Kim Tae Ri is set to showcase traditional Korean fashion on a global stage through Marie Claire Korea’s ambitious 2024 Hanbok Wave Project.
Fresh off her acclaimed performance in Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born, the actress brings her signature elegance to a groundbreaking photoshoot celebrating Hanbok, Korea’s traditional attire. The project, part of a larger initiative to promote Korean cultural elements through global collaboration, sees Kim not just modeling but also actively participating in the design and development process.
The newly released cover images capture Kim in a series of masterfully composed shots, where she emanates ethereal charm while donning classical Hanbok designs.
Meanwhile, the campaign is scheduled to light up major international landmarks on December 24th. The images will be displayed simultaneously on the iconic Broadway billboard in New York’s Times Square and the massive display at Stadium Commartin in Paris, marking a milestone in the global promotion of Korean traditional fashion.
