Set to release in 2025, the series stars Kim Soo Hyun as Kim Sung Joon, the rising emperor of the counterfeit world.

Kim Soo Hyun’s character, Kim Sung Joon, loses his job due to the IMF crisis and subsequently enters the counterfeit world, eventually becoming the vice president of the counterfeit market, Sammul Market. The actor promises to deliver a career-defining performance as he portrays Kim Sung Joon’s rise to power, not just in Korea but across the global counterfeit market. With previous hits like The Queen of Tears, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, and My Love from the Star, Kim Soo Hyun has proven himself as a “box office guarantee,” and fans are eager to see him shine once again as the ultimate boss in the counterfeit world.

Her character’s intense, cat-and-mouse relationship with Kim Sung Joon, the king of the counterfeit world, is set to bring tension and excitement to the storyline. The fresh visual chemistry and new dynamic between Kim Soo Hyun and Jo Bo Ah in Knock-Off are already building anticipation.
