KBS’s “Iron Family” has unveiled new stills teasing awkward tension among the four main characters!
“Iron Family” is a romantic black comedy about a family that has run a laundry business for three generations. Geum Sae Rok stars as Lee Da Rim, the youngest daughter of the Cheongryeom Laundry family, who suffers from a rare illness that progressively narrows her vision. Kim Jung Hyun plays Seo Kang Joo, an executive director at Jiseung Group, who belongs to the richest family in the Cheongryeom neighborhood.

Previously in the drama, Cha Tae Woong (Choi Tae Joon) was enraged after learning that Kang Joo’s father Ji Seung Don (Shin Hyun Joon) is actually his biological father. The revelation sent tensions soaring as Tae Woong lashed out at Kang Joo and opposed Da Rim’s new role as Seung Don’s secretary.
The newly released stills depict a tense standoff between Kang Joo and Tae Woong. Tae Woong arrives at the Jiseung Group building and confronts Kang Joo with a stern warning. However, Kang Joo doesn’t back down easily, setting the stage for even more conflict. What exactly Tae Woong warns Kang Joo about and how Kang Joo will respond remain to be seen in the upcoming episodes.
Other stills capture a chilling atmosphere between Kang Joo and Dae Rim. Having already lost Dae Rim’s trust, Kang Joo crosses a line by saying something he shouldn’t.
Furthermore, Da Rim calls Tae Woong to resolve Kang Joo’s misunderstanding. However, Tae Woong is with Lee Cha Rim (Yang Hye Ji) at the time, and the situation quickly escalates when the four of them come together.
