Kim is currently starring as Lim Sol in the popular tvN Monday-Tuesday drama Lovely Runner, showcasing exceptional chemistry with co-star Byeon Woo Seok, who plays Ryu Seon Jae.
GQ Korea mentioned, “When asked about a moment she felt particularly connected to her character Sol, Kim Hye Yoon couldn’t pick just one and instead shared her favorite lines that came to mind.”
Kim Hye Yoon explained, “It’s not my line but Seon Jae’s. ‘Live today. Since the weather is so nice.’ That line resonated deeply with me. I can’t imagine Sol’s struggles, but hearing that line when I felt unmotivated gave me a lot of strength.”
She continued, “So when Seon Jae walks toward Sol on the bridge on a snowy day, I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I was like, ‘That person I’ve been dreaming of is walking toward me. My favorite person is walking toward me.’ That feeling really hit home. As for my second favorite line, it’s ‘Seon Jae,’ which Sol says the most.”
