tvN’s upcoming drama “Love Your Enemy” has offered the first glimpse of Jung Yu Mi’s character!
“Love Your Enemy” tells the story of Seok Ji Won (Joo Ji Hoon) and Yoon Ji Won (Jung Yu Mi), who were born on the same day with the same name and whose families have been enemies for generations, as they reunite after 18 years.
Jung Yu Mi transforms into Yoon Ji Won, a physical education teacher at Dokmok High School. During her school days, Yoon Ji Won was known for her short temper as she could not bear injustice and felt compelled to correct wrongdoings and irrationalities. As she navigates the challenges of adulthood, Yoon Ji Won has learned to control her temper, but she begins to lose control of it upon reuniting with Seok Ji Won.
In the newly released stills, Yoon Ji Won is seen in comfortable tracksuit, with her hair tied back and wearing horn-rimmed glasses, exuding a natural and unpretentious charm.
It is said that a single remark from Yoon Ji Won will prompt her arch-nemesis of three generations Joo Ji Hoon to return to his hometown. This sets the stage for a narrative of inherited enmity between two people born on the same day with the same name, promising a bittersweet romance that will captivate viewers this fall.
The production team remarked, “The character of Yoon Ji Won can be described as an extension of Jung Yu Mi’s charms. Please look forward to the performance and chemistry of Jung Yu Mi, who consistently showcases excellent character portrayal and lovable energy in every project she stars in.”
“Love Your Enemy” will premiere on November 23 at 9:20 p.m. KST and will be available for viewing on Viki.
