Upcoming film “One Win” has revealed new stills featuring Jo Jung Suk in a special appearance!
“One Win” follows a women’s professional volleyball team that has never won a game. The story features a coach who has never tasted victory, an owner uninterested in winning, and players unsure of how to succeed. Despite their challenges, the team is determined to achieve just one win.
On November 26, the film’s distributor Artist United announced that Jo Jung Suk will make a special appearance as a rival to Song Kang Ho’s character in the film “One Win.”
Jo Jung Suk plays the coach of the rival team, Super Girls, facing off against the Pink Storm team led by Coach Kim Woo Jin (Song Kang Ho). This marks a reunion for Jo Jung Suk and Song Kang Ho, who last worked together in the 2013 film “The Face Reader.” Despite his brief role, Jo Jung Suk’s performance is said to have excellent chemistry with Song Kang Ho.
Song Kang Ho said, “It was great to act together again after such a long time. As expected, his performance was full of vitality and really helped me.”
Director Shin Yeon Shik added, “[Jo Jung Suk] will create special chemistry with Song Kang Ho that is unique from the chemistry made with coaches Kim Se Jin and Shin Jin Sik, who will also transform into coaches for opposing teams,” building anticipation for their collaboration.
“One Win” is set to hit theaters in December 4.
