KBS’s upcoming sitcom “Lolololol” (figurative translation) has shared a sneak peek of its first script reading!

“Lolololol” is a situational comedy that follows Ji Jin Hee, a washed-up actor, and Jo Young Sik, a former successful variety show producer, as they establish and run a new content production company aiming for 3 million subscribers.

The script reading was attended by the production team and the leading cast members, including Ji Jin Hee, Lee Kyu Hyung, Baek Ji Won, and Lee Min Jae, who exchanged enthusiastic greetings as they officially began working together. The cast showcased strong chemistry from the first script reading, filling the room with laughter and building excitement for the project and their teamwork.

Ji Jin Hee, who stars in the drama as former top actor Ji Jin Hee, took charge of the script reading with his impressive acting, smoothly balancing both serious and comedic moments. He vividly portrayed a man who longs for his past fame but now leads a realistic life as a co-CEO of Lolololol Company.

Lee Kyu Hyung, who plays Jo Young Sik, a former star producer and co-CEO of Lolololol Company, also impressed with his exceptional acting. His chemistry with Ji Jin Hee, especially their comedic timing and dynamic interactions, captivated everyone present and drew them into the scene.

Baek Ji Won brought a unique sense of humor to her role as Baek Ji Won, the therapist at Lolololol Company. During the script reading, her playful interactions with the cast and intriguing, unpredictable aura sparked curiosity and heightened anticipation for her performance.

Lee Min Jae, who plays the energetic young Lee Min Jae, stood out with his charisma. He brought his character—a creative, ambitious, and logical workaholic—to life with his strong portrayal. True to Gen Z, his bold confidence drew the cast further into the scene and enhanced the overall engagement.
