The film Revolver, scheduled for August 7, stars Ji Chang-wook as “Andy,” a character described as a “mad dog” with a refined appearance hiding a chaotic personality. Ji Chang-wook brings this character to life with a subtle performance, creating a figure marked by despair and deficiency, adding tension and depth to the story.

Additionally, the teaser for TVING The Queen’s original series ‘Woo’ reveals another intriguing side of Ji Chang-wook.

This historical action series tells the story of the struggle for the throne after the sudden death of the king. Ji Chang-wook plays King Go Nam-mu, a character who, even in the briefest moments, exudes a powerful presence and captivates viewers.

Returning to the historical genre after more than ten years since Empress Ki, there is much excitement about Ji Chang-wook’s performance as King Go Nam-mu, very different from his previous role as Mad King Ta Hwan.

With his beard and golden armor, he undergoes a visual transformation to embody a character who dominates the battlefield, promising an intense and immersive experience. Ji Chang-wook has already made an impression with memorable characters in dramas, but he never wanted to confine himself to classic romantic roles.
