The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for dramas!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 16 popular dramas, using big data collected from December 7 to January 7.

“Squid Game 2” topped this month’s list with a staggering brand reputation index of 45,159,892, placing it far ahead the rest of the pack. High-ranking phrases in the drama’s keyword analysis included “Lee Jung Jae,” “gonggi [Korean jacks],” and “Netflix,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “success” and “spread.” The show’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.50 percent positive reactions.

“The Tale of Lady Ok” jumped to second place with a brand reputation index of 11,841,977, while “The Fiery Priest 2” followed in third place with a score of 11,602,765.

“Light Shop” came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 11,464,318, and “When the Phone Rings” rounded out the top five with a score of 6,466,976.
