Kim Min Gwi Had a Close Contact with COVID-19 Positive
On May 31, according to the media reports, actor Kim Min Gwi of JTBC’s upcoming romantic series “Nevertheless” tested positive for COVID-19 after he became a close contact to his manager, who is also positive for the virus.
The male actor immediately went into self-isolation, and his upcoming filming schedules will be postponed for a while to follow the safety guidelines provided by the disease prevention department.

Apart from “Nevertheless,” Kim Min Gwi already appeared in various dramas such as in tvN’s suspense-action series “L.U.C.A.: The Beginning,” “She Would Never Know,” and “Kingdom: Ashin of the North.” On the other hand, he will be playing the character of Nam Gyu Hyun in “Nevertheless,” a famous student on their campus and known for his attractive looks and bright personality and Yoo Na Bi’s (Han So Hee) friend.
Song Kang, Han So Hee and the Rest of the Production Team Tested Negative
Meanwhile, JTBC announced that the rest of the cast and crew, including the two main casts Song Kang and Han So Hee, have tested negative for the virus.
After confirming that most of the staff had negative results, the filming schedule for the drama “Nevertheless” will continue and will follow the original premiere date on June 19 at 11 p.m (KST).
Weeks after the much-awaited pilot episode, JTBC already released various stills and teasers of their forthcoming webtoon-based drama. Song Kang and Han So Hee looked like a perfect couple, according to the fans. Their overflowing visuals and warm personalities already stand out in their drama teasers.
