Han Ji Min and Lee Jun Hyuk’s new drama “Love Scout” has shared a sneak preview of its script reading!
“Love Scout” (previously known as “Acquaintances,” Korean title literally translating to “My Perfect Secretary”) is a new romance drama about Kang Ji Yoon (Han Ji Min), a CEO who is fantastic at her job but inept at everything else, and Yoo Eun Ho (Lee Jun Hyuk), her highly competent secretary who is great at not only his job but also childcare and housework.
Cast members Han Ji Min, Lee Jun Hyuk, Kim Do Hoon, Kim Yoon Hye, Lee Sang Hee, Park Bo Kyung, Heo Dong Won, Go Geon Han, Seo Hye Won, Yoon Ga Yi, Yoon Yoo Sun, Jo Seung Yeon, and more were present at the script reading, filling the set with heartwarming energy.
Han Ji Min, who takes on the role of CEO Kang Ji Yoon of People’s, shared, “I will become an actress who spreads good energy so that this can become an enjoyable set during the production process.” Han Ji Min captivated with her acting transformation on set, showcasing her character’s cold gaze and professionalism.
Lee Jun Hyuk brought smiles to the set by sharing, “After having played so many scary roles, I’m also feeling excitement,” raising anticipation for his romantic role. Lee Jun Hyuk will be transforming into the perfect secretary Yoo Eun Ho whose thoughtful words make it easy to understand why Ji Yoon’s heart begins to waver. The actor further explained that his character is in charge of providing “healing” energy to the project.
Han Ji Min and Lee Jun Hyuk’s perfect chemistry is one of the biggest reasons to anticipate the drama, raising anticipation for their characters’ mature romance. The actors shared, “This is a heartwarming drama in which [the characters] heal each other’s wounds and fill the gaps [in each other’s lives].”
Kim Do Hoon and Kim Yoon Hye further added depth with their portrayals. Kim Do Hoon remarked, “I’m very nervous, but I’ll overcome that quickly and try my best to act.” However, despite his initial nervousness, Kim Do Hoon showcased great charm as the wealthy Woo Jung Hoon. Kim Yoon Hye, who remarked, “I will follow while relying on the senior actors,” charmed as Jung Soo Hyun, a picture book writer who dreams of becoming a best-selling author.
Furthermore, Lee Sang Hee portrays People’s Director Seo Mi Ae, while Park Bo Kyung plays Kim Hae Jin, the CEO of the industry’s top company Careerway. Actors Heo Dong Won, Go Geon Han, Seo Hye Won, Yoon Ga Yi, Yoon Yoo Sun, and Jo Seung Yeon further completed the drama with their relatable portrayals.
