On Friday, a video featuring all members of BIGBANG was uploaded to the YouTube channel ZIP DAESUNG, where they visited Daesung’s favorite barbecue restaurant to catch up and reminisce.

As they settled around a circular table, Daesung asked, “When was the last time the three of us had a meal together?” Taeyang chimed in, “Didn’t we eat at my place earlier this year?” After some reflection, G-Dragon agreed, “Yeah, that’s right.”

The three friends naturally shared updates about their lives. Taeyang expressed his gratitude: “I’m currently on an Asia tour, and Daesung and G-Dragon have been a huge help.” G-Dragon added, “Maybe because my single hasn’t come out yet, it doesn’t really feel like I’ve made a comeback.”

Curious, Daesung asked if G-Dragon was still an avid viewer of dating shows. G-Dragon confessed, “I used to watch them religiously. I’ve been too busy lately to keep up, but I did catch some recent episodes.”

Surprised by this revelation, Daesung exclaimed, “Wow, you’re into those shows too?” G-Dragon quickly attributed his interest to his military service, joking, “I think I picked up some bad habits in the army. That’s where my obsession with dating shows began, and it’s stuck with me ever since.”

G-Dragon reminisced about his introduction to dating shows during his military service. “Everyone would discuss the shows so passionately that I couldn’t help but get emotionally invested,” he explained. “I found myself eagerly anticipating each new episode. Since we couldn’t afford subscriptions as soldiers, we had to wait three weeks for the shows to become free. Those three weeks felt like an eternity.”

He continued, “The first show I watched was Heart Signal. It was the most entertaining season, Season 2,” before trailing into nostalgia.
