FNC Entertainment will debut its first new boy band in 10 years!
On December 20, FNC announced, “Based on our proven expertise in band production and the company’s extensive know-how, we are preparing to launch a new band group AxMxP [read as ‘A.M.P,’ with each letter read individually] next year. The group will showcase not only the outstanding skills and unique charm of its members but also music that embodies AxMxP’s distinct color.”
The agency also launched AxMxP’s official social media accounts, unveiling the team logo and several photos of the members.
Notably, AxMxP will be FNC Entertainment’s first boy band in approximately 10 years since the debut of N.Flying.
The name AxMxP, inspired by “AMP” (amplifier), signifies the amplification of their voices to connect with the world. Just as an amplifier is essential for creating rich band sounds by enhancing instrumental tones, AxMxP aims to embrace their band identity while sharing their unique stories through music.
Before their official debut, AxMxP left a strong impression by performing as the opening act at FTISLAND’s Asia tour 2024 FTISLAND LIVE HEY DAY in TAIPEI in February.
Additionally, the group will take the stage at the 2024 LOVE FNC COUNTDOWN concert on December 31 at Daeyang Hall, Sejong University in Seoul, building anticipation for their upcoming debut.
