ENHYPEN’s Jay will temporarily limit his participation in the group’s upcoming activities due to knee pain.

On June 27, BELIFT LAB announced that Jay experienced knee pain the previous day and was advised by a doctor to minimize strenuous movements, including choreography and performances.

As a result, Jay will remain seated during ENHYPEN’s “FATE PLUS” tour in Japan today and will not participate in the choreography.

Additionally, BELIFT LAB stated that Jay will not perform on “Music Core in Japan.”

The agency’s full statement is as follows:

Hello, this is BELIFT LAB.

We would like to provide you with some information on ENHYPEN member Jay’s health and his upcoming schedule.

After the first ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR ‘FATE PLUS’ IN JAPAN concert in Hiroshima on June 26, Jay experienced knee pain and received medical treatment from local healthcare professionals. The medical team advised him to minimize strenuous movements such as choreography and performances for the time being.

Although Jay is very eager to participate in the performances, we will be following the medical team’s advice and minimizing his movements during today’s concert. Consequently, Jay will not participate in the soundcheck and will perform seated on stage without choreography. Additionally, the other six members of ENHYPEN will perform without Jay on MBC’s “Music Core in Japan.” We ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

We prioritize our artist’s health above all else and will do our best to ensure Jay’s swift recovery so he can meet fans in good health as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Wishing Jay the speediest of recoveries!
