DRIPPIN’s Joo Changuk is returning from his health-related hiatus!

On April 21, Woollim Entertainment announced that Joo Changuk—who went on a temporary hiatus last month due to respiratory disease—would be resuming his activities.

However, the agency added that even though Joo Changuk’s health had “improved greatly,” it was possible that he might sit out some future activities depending on the recommendation of his doctor.

Woollim Entertainment’s full statement is as follows:

Hello.

This is Woollim Entertainment.

We are making an announcement regarding DRIPPIN member Joo Changuk’s state of health and resumption of activities.

In March, due to respiratory disease, DRIPPIN member Joo Changuk followed his doctor’s recommendation to take a break and get plenty of rest while focusing on his recovery. At present, his state of health has improved greatly.

Although Joo Changuk’s health has improved greatly, we plan for him to participate flexibly in DRIPPIN’s future scheduled activities while discussing [the extent of his participation] with his doctor.

We sincerely thank the many fans who worried about [Joo Changuk] up until now, and until Joo Changuk makes a full recovery, we will work hard and do our utmost to support him so that he can focus on recovering his health.

We ask that you continue to give DRIPPIN lots of love and interest in the future.

Thank you.

Welcome back, Joo Changuk!
