DAY6 is gearing up to make history with their year-end concert!
On September 4, it was reported that DAY6 will be holding a concert at Gocheok Sky Dome in late December.
In response to the report, the band’s agency JYP Entertainment confirmed, “DAY6 is planning a year-end Gocheok Dome concert. The detailed schedule will be announced later on.”
DAY6 made their debut in 2015 and has gradually grown their concert capacities, originally starting out in venues holding less than 1,000 people. They recently sold out their upcoming three-day concert at INSPIRE Arena and hit No. 1 on the Melon Top 100 for the first time with their latest comeback track “Melt Down.”
Although renowned overseas bands such as Metallica, MAROON 5, U2, and Queen have held concerts at Gocheok Sky Dome, DAY6 is set to be the first-ever Korean band to do so.
Congratulations to DAY6!
