“Culinary Class Wars” runner-up star chef Edward Lee will be appearing on the revamped variety show “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”!
JTBC’s upcoming cooking show “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” has confirmed the participation of renowned chef Edward Lee.
Edward Lee, who won “Iron Chef America” in 2010 and served as a chef for state dinners at the White House, recently gained significant popularity in Korea by finishing as the runner-up on the Netflix variety show “Culinary Class Wars.”
Currently operating a restaurant in the United States, Edward Lee is scheduled to visit Korea to appear on “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.” Given his impressive culinary skills and youthful spirit of challenge demonstrated on “Culinary Class Wars,” anticipation is high for what dishes Edward Lee will present on “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.”
“Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” producer Lee Chang Woo stated, “We are exploring various ways to maintain the originality of ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’ while also making changes to the lineup and format, including the participants. We ask for your continued interest in the newly revamped ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.’”
Having originally aired from 2014 to 2019, “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” is a variety show that received great love for its unique concept. Each episode featured guests’ refrigerators being brought to the studio, where famous chefs would create dishes within 15 minutes using the ingredients found inside.
The revamped edition of “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” will begin filming in November and is set to premiere in December. Stay tuned for more updates!
