Another new Kdrama couple is about to make everyone’s heart flutter after Han So Hee and Park Hyung Sik are set to headline the upcoming Kdrama “Soundtrack #1.”
Apart from the star-studded lead actors, the new music romance drama is directed by Kim Hee Won, who is the genius behind the blockbuster Kdrama “Vincenzo” and penned by Chae Yoon, the screenwriter for the rom-com “She Would Never Know.”
Initially titled “Why Did You Come to My House,” the forthcoming series highlights the story of longtime friends who end up living together for two weeks.
Their connection led to budding romance after both developed the same feelings for each other.
The ZE: A member took on the role of the rising photographer Han Sun Woo.
Park Hyung Sik will captivate the viewers with his mysterious charm as he portrays a man with a few words.
He would definitely swoon the audience with his caring personality and warmth.
Meanwhile, his leading lady, Han So Hee, plays lyricist Lee Eun Soo.
In the drama, Han Sun Woo will get fascinated by her ray of sunshine attitude and who is not afraid to express her opinions.
The duo will bond over their same passion, which is creating music.
“Soundtrack #1” is the South Korean heartthrob and the “Nevertheless” star’s first team-up and fans surely can’t wait to see their on-screen chemistry.
Han So Hee and Park Hyung Sik’s new drama is scheduled to premiere in 2022.
Park Hyung Sik’s Current and Upcoming Kdramas
Apart from the rom-com music series, the 30-year-old actor is currently starring in tvN series “Happiness” alongside Han Hyo Joo and Jo Woo Jin.
The thriller mystery Kdrama is his comeback to the small screen after starring in the 2018 U.S. series remake “Suits.”
In “Happiness,” he took on the role of Jung Yi Hyun, a former baseball player turned feisty detective who is in charge of violent crimes.

He was forced to withdraw from the sport and announce his early retirement after he met with an accident that severely injured his knees.
In 2022, Park Hyung Sik is also set to lead the cast of an upcoming historical mystery Kdrama “Youth, Climb the Barrier.”
He will work with a roster of talented stars, including Jeon So Nee, Lee Tae Sun and “Taxi Driver” actress Pyo Ye Jin.
Han So Hee to Star in New Drama with Park Seo Joon and Wi Ha Joon
From the “Soundtrack #1” lead actor to the leading lady, the Kim Hee Won directed Kdrama is her second series in 2022.
Aside from the rom-com music series, fans would get to see Han So Hee star in a thriller drama “K Project” with Hallyu star Park Seo Joon and “Squid Game” actor Wi Ha Joon.
The rising star was supposed to act alongside Ju Ji Hoon in “Gentlemen” but has decided to step down from the upcoming series due to health reasons.
At the time, she had just wrapped up her webtoon-based series with Song Kang titled “Nevertheless” and gearing up for the action-packed series “My Name.”
