Byeon Woo Seok’s agency VARO Entertainment has shared an official statement regarding safety and privacy.
On May 30, VARO Entertainment released the following official statement, requesting that fans pay attention to safety when visiting the artist at his scheduled activities and also warning against the invasion of privacy.

First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to all the fans who love actor Byeon Woo Seok, and we would like to make a request regarding visits to the artist’s scheduled activities that have recently been ongoing.
Recently, there have been situations where order is disrupted due to crowds during the artist’s scheduled activities, raising concerns about safety. To protect our agency’s artist and foster a more mature fandom culture, we would like to provide some guidance.
Firstly, in regards to private scheduled activities, the harm caused to the artist and organizers due to unauthorized visits by some fans has become more severe, so please refrain from visiting non-official scheduled activities that are not publicly announced.
During official scheduled activities, to prevent safety accidents due to on-site congestion when visiting, we earnestly request that you refrain from actions that could pose safety risks to both fans and the artist, such as getting too close to the artist and handing over letters and gifts directly. For future visits, to prevent safety accidents, please refrain from directly handing anything to the actor; instead, please pass letters or gifts to the manager in charge. If possible, please send letters and gifts to the company’s address, and the management team will ensure they are delivered to the artist.
Additionally, we strictly prohibit any actions that may invade the artist’s privacy, such as following the artist’s vehicle after scheduled activities, visiting and filming private spaces such as his residence without permission, and illegally obtaining personal information. Please be aware that these actions can result in severe legal consequences.
Once again, we thank you for your sincere love and support for our artist. We will continue to strive for the safety of everyone, including our artists and fans.
