According to Google Trends data from January 1 to June 30, 2024, Taehyung recorded the highest number of searches among K-pop stars. The high level of interest that Taehyung continues to garner speaks to his star power and global appeal

Despite being in military service and away from the limelight, Taehyung has continuously made headlines through his military photos and various pre-recorded content released after his enlistment, including his digital single “FRI(END)S.” 

The top 30 most searched K-pop stars for the first half of 2024 are listed below, with IU leading among female artists.
