BTS’s RM’s new collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion is making a splash on the international music charts!
On September 6 at 1 p.m. KST, Megan Thee Stallion released her new single “Neva Play” featuring RM. Immediately upon its release, the song shot to the top of iTunes charts in numerous countries all over the world.
By September 7, “Neva Play” had already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 87 different regions across the globe, including the United States, Germany, Canada, and Greece. “Neva Play” also reached No. 2 on Oricon’s daily digital singles chart (dated September 6) in Japan.
Additionally, “Neva Play” debuted at No. 10 on Spotify’s daily Global Top Songs chart after racking up over 4.5 million streams on its first day—marking RM’s first time entering the top 10 as a solo artist.
