BTS member Jin recently chatted about having a nightmare about re-enlisting in the military. In a new TMI interview video released on Harper’s Bazaar Korea’s official YouTube channel, Jin shared candid thoughts on various questions.

During the interview, Jin answered several questions. Reflecting on his role as a torchbearer at the 2024 Paris Olympics, he was asked if any messages from fans stood out to him. Jin recalled, “A French fan said in an interview, ‘I waited a year and a half while he was in the military, so what’s waiting six more hours? I can wait longer.’ That really stayed with me.”

Jin, who was discharged from the military this past June and returned to civilian life, also responded to a question about whether he dreams about re-enlisting. “What a horrifying question,” he said, shaking his head. “I think I did have a dream like that. I dreamt I was back in the military, but thankfully, I forgot all the details when I woke up.”

The conversation also touched on his famous nickname, “Worldwide Handsome.” Jin remarked, “It seems like this ‘Worldwide Handsome’ thing has gotten pretty popular. It’s a nickname I came up with, just something I said in a funny, awkward situation, like ‘I’m Worldwide Handsome.’ But quite a few people actually call me that now.”

When asked how he feels when he sees himself on camera, Jin responded with a laugh, “It’s just right. I’m handsome. I love my face. Of course, there are many people more handsome than me, but I’m satisfied with my own face.”
